2. SS: 1250 Reason: The setting looks as though it is lit very brightly and lit to the right and behind of the subject so there is a lot of direct light. To make sure the picture is not completely over exposed you would need a very fast shutter speed to get it to the right exposure
3. F3.5 Reason: The woman is the only subject and the background is out of focus
4. ISO800 Reason: There is a small amount of grain in this picture, especially in the background
Remember, you cannot judge shutter speed based on exposure. Exposure is pretty complex - you would need asses shutter speed, aperture settings, available light and ISO all at the same time! It's best to judge shutter speed based on motion capture.
