Technical Questions

1. Starting size: width is 8.64 height is 12.96
2. New size is width: 8.64 height by 17. The extra space will be added to the top and bottom of the original image. The extra space will just appear as white

4. Right click on the background layer and hit "duplicate layer", rename it as a duplicate and click "OK". To delete this layer, you drag the new layer into the trash icon in the bottom right corner of the layers panel.
5. You click the folder icon in your layers panel, and the button is to the right of the image adjustment icon.
6. You can't, the layer is locked and cannot be moved.
